At biket.co.za, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
Package Your Items
Ensure the products are in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or scheduled pickup location.
Process and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
